Tracking is sent after the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours, or until the end of the next business day if placed over a weekend or public holiday.
Your tracking number is sent once your parcel has been dispatched. The email subject line will read "Your order is on the move".

Delivery timeframes are quoted in business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been collected by the carrier. Regional, rural and remote New Zealand addresses may take additional time.
Orders are shipped from Australia and handed to NZ Post for delivery within New Zealand.
Your tracking link will show the latest available updates as the parcel moves through the delivery network.
Once an order is placed, changing the delivery address is often difficult as orders move through our system automatically.
We may be able to update the address if the parcel is not close to shipping. Please contact us immediately and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
If you are not home, NZ Post or the delivery provider may leave a collection card, follow safe-place delivery instructions, or direct the parcel to a collection point.
Please follow the instructions shown on your tracking page. Parcels not collected within the carrier timeframe may be returned to our warehouse.
From our New Zealand website, we ship within New Zealand only.
