Shipping FAQs

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed by 8pm AEST/AEDT are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following business day.

Orders for New Zealand customers are packed and dispatched from Australia, then delivered in New Zealand by NZ Post.

Tracking is sent after the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours, or until the end of the next business day if placed over a weekend or public holiday.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number is sent once your parcel has been dispatched. The email subject line will read "Your order is on the move".

Tracking becomes active after the parcel has been scanned into the carrier network. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.

Do delivery timeframes include weekends?

Delivery timeframes are quoted in business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been collected by the carrier. Regional, rural and remote New Zealand addresses may take additional time.

Who delivers my order in New Zealand?

Orders are shipped from Australia and handed to NZ Post for delivery within New Zealand.

Your tracking link will show the latest available updates as the parcel moves through the delivery network.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Once an order is placed, changing the delivery address is often difficult as orders move through our system automatically.

We may be able to update the address if the parcel is not close to shipping. Please contact us immediately and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

If you are not home, NZ Post or the delivery provider may leave a collection card, follow safe-place delivery instructions, or direct the parcel to a collection point.

Please follow the instructions shown on your tracking page. Parcels not collected within the carrier timeframe may be returned to our warehouse.

Do you ship outside New Zealand from the NZ website?

From our New Zealand website, we ship within New Zealand only.

Customers outside New Zealand can order from our Australian website where international delivery options are available.

My tracking shows delivered, but I cannot find my parcel

Please check the following before contacting us:

  • Check your letterbox, entry area and any safe places around your property.
  • Ask neighbours, reception or building management if they accepted the parcel.
  • Review your tracking for delivery notes or photo confirmation.
  • Confirm the delivery address on your order.
