How much does shipping cost within New Zealand?
Orders to New Zealand addresses are FREE when you spend $100 or more in one order.We also have three other shipping class options for New Zealand deliveries:

Do I pay import duty & tax on my order?
Refer to Customs New Zealand for the most up-to-date information here. Generally, orders into New Zealand carry no import duty if the value is under $1000. We collect 15% GST for all New Zealand orders, if Customs NZ asks for proof of GST please present the Digitial Invoice that was emailed to you after ordering as proof of payment.Where is my order?

The total handling time from placing your order to having it sent out of our warehouse with our courier is between 12 - 24 hours not including weekends or public holidays. Depending on the postal option chosen dispatch from our warehouse can take from 6 - 72 hours
