How much does shipping cost within New Zealand?

Orders to New Zealand addresses are FREE when you spend $100 or more in one order.
We also have three other shipping class options for New Zealand deliveries:

  3. Express Post NZ $24.95
  4. Express Post Plus NZ $68.86

Express Post Plus NZ is delivered by DHL, TNT, FedEx or UPS.

How long will it take until my order arrives?

For New Zealand orders we currently have 5 shipping options available on checkout to choose from:

Do I pay import duty & tax on my order?

Refer to Customs New Zealand for the most up-to-date information here. Generally, orders into New Zealand carry no import duty if the value is under $1000. We collect 15% GST for all New Zealand orders, if Customs NZ asks for proof of GST please present the Digitial Invoice that was emailed to you after ordering as proof of payment.
 
Where is my order?

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are sent for picking and packing within 6 - 12 hours. Once your order is inspected, picked and packed it is then collected by our courier within 6 - 12 hours. The total handling time from placing your order to having it sent out of our warehouse with our courier is between 12 - 24 hours not including weekends or public holidays. Depending on the postal option chosen dispatch from our warehouse can take from 6 - 72 hours
